DBD e-commerce registration number: not yet issued. VAT registration number: not yet issued. Direct marketing registration with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board: not yet issued. All three must appear here before trading begins — online selling is direct marketing under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act, and DBD registration is due within 30 days of starting to trade.

Every item sold here is a decant: fragrance transferred from a full retail bottle into a 10ml glass atomiser. It is not an original manufacturer-sealed bottle, and it does not come in the brand's own packaging.

We are an independent decanter and are not an authorised retailer, distributor or agent of any brand listed on this site. Brand names are used only to identify the fragrance inside the atomiser.

All prices are in Thai Baht and include VAT at 7%. The VAT contained in your total is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.

If you need a full tax invoice (ใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูป), request it at checkout and supply your registered name, 13-digit taxpayer identification number and registered address. We cannot issue one retrospectively once the order has shipped.

Under section 33 of the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545, you may withdraw from this purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, by written notice to us.

This right applies to unopened atomisers. Once an atomiser has been sprayed we cannot resell it, and an opened decant is excluded on hygiene grounds — the honest trade-off for buying 10ml rather than a full bottle.

We refund to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned item. Return postage is ours if the item was faulty or wrongly sent, and yours otherwise.

Fragrance is an alcohol-based flammable liquid and cannot travel by air within Thailand. Everything ships by road: 1–2 business days within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, 3–5 business days elsewhere.

Next-day express is therefore only offered to Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom.

For external use only. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Stop using immediately if irritation occurs.

Flammable — keep away from heat and open flame, and store somewhere cool and dry.

These terms are governed by Thai law and the Thai courts have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act; where those conflict with anything written above, the statute prevails.
